Hey Carly! Thanks for your sweet comments on my blog...don't get discouraged chica! That's part of being an artist. My best advice for you is to just put that piece of art you worked on and messed up away for awhile. Believe me, I have a whole closet of paintings that I "messed up"--then days, weeks, months, even years later I take them out and either I find that they weren't that bad and all they really needed was a little somethin'-somethin' or I just paint over them. No reason to have a meltdown...in my opinion, the best part of about art is the making of it...everything after that is just the frosting on the cupcake!
